Certain persons may request a shortening of the tax advisor examination.

• Application for admission to the tax consultant examination with all documents to be submitted
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Passport photo (not older than one year)
  • Certificates
  • Proof of activity
• Certificate from the Chamber of Auditors that you are an auditor or sworn accountant or proof of the corresponding passed examination

As an auditor, sworn accountant and applicant, you have the opportunity to apply for a shortened tax consultant examination.

A fee of EUR 200.00 must be paid to the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Saxony-Anhalt for the processing of the application for admission to the tax consultant examination – even in the case of repeated applications. The fee for the examination procedure is 1.100,00EUR.

• You shall submit the request for a shortened examination together with the application for admission to the examination.
• The Chamber of Tax Consultants checks whether you meet the requirements and decides on your application by means of a written notification.

In the event of refusal of admission, the action before the Tax Court is admissible.
