Anerkennung von Erste-Hilfe-Ausbildungsstellen beantragen

Bodies carrying out training in first aid and/or life-saving emergency measures at the scene of an accident for the acquisition of a driving licence require official recognition by the authority responsible for driving licences or health care.

Preconditions

• There are no facts which make the applicant, in the case of legal persons, persons authorised to represent them under the law or the statutes, and the training staff for instruction in life-saving emergency measures and training in first aid appear unreliable.
• The qualification of the training staff has been proven.
• Suitable training rooms and the necessary teaching materials for theoretical lessons and practical exercises are available.

Recognition may be limited in time and subject to conditions (in particular with regard to the training of persons involved in the training and training).

In preparation for its decision, the competent authority may order the production of an expert opinion on whether the conditions for recognition are met.

Documents in accordance with the "Guideline for the Recognition and Supervision of Bodies for Instruction in Life-Saving Emergency Measures at the Scene of Accidents and Training in First Aid."

There are no deadlines to be observed.

The processing time is about 4 weeks.

The official recognition is only valid for the territory of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. An on-site inspection is carried out if necessary.
