If you are a woman who has been affected by physical or psychological violence, the help hotline offers you a free initial consultation and information on possible assistance. The helpline is particularly aimed at:

• Women who are affected or threatened by violence,
• Persons from the social environment of women who are affected or threatened by violence,
• Persons who are confronted with violence against women in the course of their professional or voluntary activities, e.g. counselling, support or intervention.

The services offered by the helpline are barrier-free and multilingual. They receive telephone counselling, information and, if necessary, referral to local support facilities by qualified female professionals. The help service is anonymous, confidential and is also offered by e-mail and chat. Counselling in German sign language is also offered.
