If you need an excerpt from the real estate register for a court or an authority, then apply for an official excerpt from the real estate register.

If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for extracts from the property register. Other persons can also obtain extracts if they have a legitimate interest and can demonstrate this.

You will need an extract from the real estate register with warranty function (official extract) for submission to the court or authorities.

This contains the following data:

• descriptive data (e.g. parcel number)
• Descriptive data (e.g. area of the parcels) from the real estate cadastre
• Land register and ownership details as, for example, parcel certificate,
• parcel and owner certificate
• optionally land valuation data.

You will receive the extract in paper form.
