Have there been significant changes to your business premises or to the vehicles you use for business purposes? Then notify the responsible office and the broadcasting fee will be adjusted.

In the non-private sector, you must pay a broadcasting fee for each business premises and for motor vehicles used for business purposes, taking into account the number of all employees. To do this, you must register with the competent authority.
If this information changes over time, you must notify the competent authority of any changes.

• You are the owner of a business premises or have motor vehicles that are subject to contributions.

The fee to be paid depends on the number of employees in addition to the holder.

Registration with the competent authority is unsolicited. As soon as the information you provided during registration changes, you must notify the competent authority.

The following information is required for registration:

• Company name and address of the debtor and his/her legal representative
• current address of each business establishment
• last address of the fee debtor as reported to the regional broadcasting corporation
• full name of the owner of the establishment
• Number of employees of the business establishment
• contribution number
• Date of commencement of ownership of the permanent establishment or the motor vehicle subject to contributions
• Information on sector or establishment affiliation
• Number of hotels, guest rooms and vacation apartments subject to contributions
• Number and place of registration of motor vehicles subject to contributions
