The commencement and termination of the operation of the shooting range must be reported to the competent authority in writing or electronically.
Failure to do so constitutes an administrative offense under Section 53 (1) (8) of the Weapons Act.
Permission to operate a portable shooting range was granted before the first installation.
The permit holder must notify the firearms authority responsible for the location of the shooting range.
