The granting of an advance payment relates to proceedings in which the court has granted the party legal aid or legal aid and you have been appointed as the lawyer.
In proceedings relating to family matters or voluntary jurisdiction and in other specific proceedings, you can only request this if the party obliged to pay is in default with the payment of the advance.
