Temporary structures are non-stationary structures that are repeatedly erected and dismantled, for example fairground rides or tents.
As a rule, you require a so-called implementation permit to erect and operate temporary structures. Certain temporary structures are exempt from the permit requirement.
Before operating a temporary structure, you must arrange an acceptance of use with the responsible local building authority, at which the construction permit must be presented.
