If you are admitted to the bar and move your office to another chamber district, an application for admission must be submitted to the competent bar association there.

The same applies if a Rechtsanwalts-GmbH (RA-GmbH) or Rechtsanwalts-AG ( RA-AG) relocates its registered office.

• Current proof of professional liability insurance according to § 51 BRAO (original) or according to § 59j BRAO (original).

• Kassel Bar Association:
• 77,00 Euro  (RA/RAin)
• EUR 384.00  (RA-GmbH, RA-AG)
• Frankfurt Bar Association:
• 60,00 Euro  (RA/RAin)
• 150,00 Euro (RA-GmbH, RA-AG)
   

to the bar association responsible for your registered office.
Furthermore, the previously competent bar association must be informed about the transfer of the office's registered office.
