The IFD supports severely disabled people and their employers:
- For individual questions about illness, disability and vocational rehabilitation
- With information and help for professional integration
- In case of over- and under-challenge in the workplace
- In case of conflicts and problems that affect working life
- By informing and advising superiors and colleagues
- If necessary, through counselling with sign language skills
- For all questions on the subject of disability in working life
