Anyone wishing to organize a public assembly in the open air or a parade must generally register this at least 48 hours before the announcement (= invitation of participants or call using various media).

The registration is not bound to any form, but must contain certain information such as

• Name and address of the organizer (private individual or organization),

• the name, address, telephone and fax of the chairperson of the meeting,

• the nature, subject and course of the meeting,

• Date, time and place of the assembly, in the case of processions the intended route of the procession,

• number of stewards,

• expected number of participants and

• intended aids (loudspeakers, banners, etc.).

If necessary, cooperation talks will be held in advance with the organizer regarding the course and implementation of the assembly.
