Children, young people and parents can turn to educational and family counselling centres with general and specific questions about education. These counselling centres are also available in the event of personal or family problems, as well as questions and conflicts relating to separation and divorce from parents.

Of course, other legal guardians or single parents can also make use of the counselling services.
Children and young people can also turn to a counselling centre or apply for support without the presence of their parents.
In addition to the educational and family counselling centres, the General Social Service of the Youth Welfare Office offers help and support.

Different circumstances can be the reason to use a counselling centre: depending on the age of the child or adolescent, developmental delays, sleep, eating and speech disorders or fears may occur.
