The relocation of a standing business within the municipality, the change of the name of the trader as well as a change or expansion of the activity of the trade require a re-registration of the business

If you want to move your business to another municipality or city, a business re-registration is not sufficient. In this case, the business must first be deregistered at the old location and then re-registered at the new location.

A fee of EUR 28.00 is due for the business re-registration. If a certificate is to be issued, a further fee of EUR 8.00 must be paid.

In the trade registration procedure, the notification forms prescribed by § 14 of the Trade Regulation Act must be used.
