As the operator of a care facility, you can calculate operational investment costs separately. If you have not received any funding, you only have to inform us of the planned amount of these costs.

As the operator of a care facility, you can calculate operationally necessary investment costs (e.g. rental or loan costs for buildings, costs for durable goods) separately, as these may not be included in the costs for care allowances, accommodation or meals.

You inform the competent state authority of the amount of these planned costs (even before any change).

This procedure only applies if you have not received any funding for the investment costs under state law – otherwise please use the application for funded institutions, which can be found e.g. via the website of the RP Gießen

In the course of the application, you also have the option of specifying different cost rates (e.g. for welfare recipients and self-payers).

As a carrier, you can also display for several facilities.

You do not have to include more detailed calculation reasons.

• Remuneration agreement (in the case of invoicing to social welfare persons in need of care)

• Its institution is based in Hesse
• You have not received any funding for the investment expenses (cf. §82 para. 3 SGB XI, otherwise please use the application for funded institutions, which can be found e.g. via the website of the RP Giessen)
• Investment costs within the meaning of § 82 para. 4 SGB XI have been calculated or will be calculated as planned in the near future

There are no fees.

• If you enter an e-mail address, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt
• As a rule, you will not receive any further feedback from the regional council, as no consent is required by law. Only in rare cases may it be necessary to consult the regional council.

The Regional Council may pass on individual data (but not personal data) to other authorized bodies in order to enable better transparency about the amount of investment costs compared to the institutions.
