The competent authority shall grant authorisation if:
- no facts are known which give rise to doubts as to the reliability of the owner or the persons responsible for the management and supervision of the business, and
- the owner, insofar as he is responsible for the management of the business, the persons responsible for the management and supervision of the business and the other personnel have the necessary expertise and expertise for their activities.
A fee will be charged in accordance with HMUKLV's administrative costs regulations (as amended). Electronically processed procedures are subject to lower fees (800 euros) than written procedures (1000 euros). The specified fees are planned, currently framework fee 200-500 euros.

- request additional documents or
- grant permission, with or without ancillary provisions, or
- refuse permission.
