The applications must demonstrate that the situation of competitive sport in Hesse will be sustainably improved.

A positive vote from the State Committee for Competitive Sports at the State Sports Association of Hesse must be available. Funding is granted within the scope of the available funds; there is no legal entitlement.

Applications are submitted by Hessian sports associations, Hessian sports clubs and other sports organizations. The applications are submitted to the Competitive Sports Department of the State Sports Association of Hesse for an expert opinion and then sent to the Hessian Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Sport, Health and Care for a decision.

Promptly.

An objection to a grant notification can be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be submitted to the Hessian Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Sport, Health and Care.
