Parties, groups of voters and other supporters of election proposals may obtain the first and last names, doctor's degree and current address of persons entitled to vote from the population register in the 6 months prior to an election in connection with parliamentary and local elections.
Parties, groups of voters and other supporters of election proposals may receive the following information on eligible voters from the population register in the 6 months prior to an election in connection with parliamentary and local elections:
- First names and surnames,
- Doctoral degree,
- current address.
If the person in question is deceased, this will be communicated.
This data may only be used for advertising in an election or vote and must be deleted or destroyed no later than one month after the election or vote.
Fees are charged in accordance with section 425 of the administrative cost schedule of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMdIS) as amended.
