On the nationwide Internet portal , the courts publish notices on insolvency proceedings.
The portal contains public announcements on insolvency proceedings concerning, for example:
- the ordering and annulment of precautionary measures by the court;
- the rejection of an insolvency application for lack of assets,
- the decision to open insolvency proceedings,
- the decision to terminate or close insolvency proceedings;
- resolutions on the determination of the remuneration of the insolvency administrator, the trustee and the members of the creditors' committee,
