On the nationwide Internet portal , the courts publish notices on insolvency proceedings.

The portal contains public announcements on insolvency proceedings concerning, for example:

• the ordering and annulment of precautionary measures by the court;
• the rejection of an insolvency application for lack of assets,
• the decision to open insolvency proceedings,
• the decision to terminate or close insolvency proceedings;
• resolutions on the determination of the remuneration of the insolvency administrator, the trustee and the members of the creditors' committee,
