Energieversorgung: Betrieb von Energieversorgungsnetzen - Genehmigung

If you intend to operate an energy supply network, you need approval from the competent authority under state law.
 

Information about the company by

• Presentation of articles of association or articles of association and annual report; Disclosure of shareholdings in the company and participations of the company
• Proof of the legal form of the company by presenting the commercial, association or cooperative register extract

Information on the network by

• Representation of the supply network by specifying all concession areas

For electrical installations (ELT):

• Representation of the existing voltage levels and their proportion in percentage relation to the length of the entire supply network

For gas:

• Representation of the supply network by specifying all concession areas
• Representation of the existing pressure stages and their share in percentage relation to the length of the entire supply network

Proof of personnel and economic capacity by submitting the following documents

• Proof of equity capital or comfort letter or information about any existing business transfer agreements or bank information
• current annual report with balance sheet
• the confirmation of the tested Technical Safety Management TSM as a substitute
• Information on tasks and fields of activity, personnel (information on training, professional experience and specialist knowledge is required for the technical manager and the technical specialist), technical equipment and organisation in accordance with VDN guideline S 1000 or DVGW worksheet G 1000
• If the technical management is carried out by a third company, the management contract must be submitted in addition to the aforementioned information. If the third company has a permit pursuant to § 4 EnWG, this must be submitted.

• Reliability

to ensure long-term network operation in accordance with legal regulations.
