Agreement of 19 June 1951 between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty concerning the Status of their Forces; Agreement of 19 June 1995 between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty and the other States participating in the Partnership for Peace concerning the Status of their Forces in conjunction with § 3, para. 1 of the Law on the Implementation of the Customs and Tax Provisions of the NATO Status of Forces Statute and the Additional Agreement to the NATO Status of Forces with regard to Foreign Armed Forces Stationed in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Section 3 (1) of the Act on the Implementation of the Customs and Fiscal Provisions of the NATO Status of Forces Act, of the Supplementary Agreement to the NATO Status of Forces with Respect to the Foreign Armed Forces Stationed in the Federal Republic of Germany and of the Protocol and Agreements Concerning the International Military Headquarters Established in the Federal Republic of Germany.
